How it works
Initial discussion
We will arrange a call with you to explain the process, discuss your business priorities, and help you to identifiy workloads to review.
Environment check
Working with your technical teams, we will gain an understanding of your workload to discover what your pain-points are, and highlight any additional concerns that we may have.
Review
Using the AWS Well-Architected tool, we will review your workload to identify any areas where your environment needs to be improved.
Report
The findings from the review will be documented, and we will highlight which opportunities for improvement should be implemented in your environment. We will also include an indicative timeline for the implementation of these issues.
Presentation
We will arrange a one-hour meeting with you to review the findings and discuss and prioritise the opportunities aligning them to your business priorities.
Remediation
If you decide to implement our recommendations, we will work with your technical team on the implementation, and once a certain percentage of these opportunities have been implemented we will apply for AWS funding on your behalf.
Handover
Once all of the agreed opportunities have been implemented, we will provide you with a final report, and send you a feedback request so that you can provide any comments on our service.
